MEDIAN HOUSE PRICES IN THE LOCKYER VALLEY

Realestate.com has release some latest figures in terms of median house prices.  I have put together some from the Lockyer Valley which shows an interesting picture of what has been happening in the last 5 years and also the last year.  It will be interesting to see what happens in the next year with the interest rate rises.

Gatton – Median Price $410,000 increase from $269,000 in May 2018 (15.5% increase in last 12 months) rental yield 5.7%

Laidley – Median Price $388,000 increase from $245,000 in May 2018 (21.4% increase in last 12 months) rental yield 5.7%

Placid Hills – Median Price $675,000 increase from $370,000 in May 2018 (34.3% increase in last 12 months) rental yield 5.6%

Adare – Median Price $610,000 increase from $395,000 in May 2018 (11% increase in last 12 months) rental yield 5.1%

Plainland – Median Price $592,500 increase from $379,000 in May 2018 (13.9% increase in last 12 months) rental yield 5.1%

Hatton Vale – Median Price $726,500 increase from $402,500 in May 2018 (40.9% increase in last 12 months) rental yield 4.6%

Forest Hill – Median Price $360,000 increase from $279,000 in May 2018 (3% decrease in last 12 months) rental yield 4.6%
