Market Update!

The above updates come from realestate.com.  They seem to suggest a general theme for the Lockyer Valley and that is that after a increase in prices, that prices are starting the plateau.

The word plateau sometimes has negative connotations, however, in this context it is better than a decrease in prices.

At the moment this data supports what my gut feel has been telling me that prices in the Lockyer Valley will remain constant and we might see an increase again when it is getting closer to the Olympics.

As always we never know what will happen and it is a waiting game to see how it unfolds.
