Gatton in Top 5 regions that stand out for investors in 2024

As reported by Channel Nine News on 15 May 2024, Gatton is one of 5 areas which has been identified by experts analysing market indicators and supply to determine where are gold mines for investors and offer major bang for your buck.

They identified that Gatton median price of $430,000 is less than half of Brisbane’s median price of $1,100,000.

They also reported that Gatton’s rental vacancy rate has not gone above 2% in the last three years.

They suggested that people should buy now before the boom and that the population growth is driving further rental increases over the next 12 months.

Wow, what good news this is for the Gatton area!  I have previously written blogs that have suggested that our little piece of paradise is finally being found by everyone else!

This report has just shone the brightest of bright spotlights on our region and indicates that this might be the start of something.

Hopefully, with this added attention, there will be further investment by governments in infrastructure and we might finally see some progress in passenger rail between Toowoomba and Brisbane.
