It’s the Vibe

There are times when you know what is happening and there are times when you do not see things happening.  At the moment my gut feeling (“the vibe”) is that there is increased demand from Buyers.

I have no figures to assist my vibe, and normally when you receive figures they are 3-6 months old anyway.

But at the moment, it seems that houses are selling quicker.  If you asked me a couple of months ago I would say that it seemed that houses are staying on the market for longer.

There are not a lot of properties on the market.  It might be that the buyer interest has stayed the same and that there are just less properties on the market.

Prices do not seem to have increased or decreased.  There have been some properties where there has been price reductions, however, it may have just been that they are coming back to the market and it is not a sign of a softening market.
