What has been happening in the market for the Lockyer Valley, over the last year, realestate.com have given us the following figures:

  • Gatton – Median sale price $427,500, Prices have increased 9.9%, 53 houses available in the last month, 134 houses sold, median time on market 51 days, 803 buyers interested, 5.7% rental yield.
  • Adare – Median sale price $675,000, Prices have increased 20.5%, 6 houses available in the last month, 18 houses sold, median time on market 69 days, 274 buyers interested, 5.9% rental yield.
  • Grantham – Median sale price $342,320, Prices have decreased 16.5%, 1 houses available in the last month, 17 houses sold, median time on market 81 days, 5 buyers interested, 5.3% rental yield.
  • Laidley – Median sale price $402,500, Prices have increased 7.3%, 25 houses available in the last month, 90 houses sold, median time on market 28 days, 664 buyers interested, 5.8% rental yield.
  • Plainland - Median sale price $620,000, Prices have increased 2.2%, 18 houses available in the last month, 36 houses sold, median time on market 54 days, 634 buyers interested, 5.1% rental yield.
  • Gatton – Median sale price $427,500, Prices have increased 9.9%, 53 houses available in the last month, 134 houses sold, median time on market 51 days, 803 buyers interested, 5.7% rental yield.
  • Kensington Grove – Median sale price $625,000, Prices have increased 1.2%, 12 houses available in the last month, 30 houses sold, median time on market 37 days, 543 buyers interested, 5.2% rental yield.
  • Forest Hill – Median sale price $390,000, Prices have increased 11.4%, 7 houses available in the last month, 19 houses sold, median time on market 81 days, 187 buyers interested, 5.4% rental yield.
