• Kensington Grove – median house value $823,000 – 12 month change +19% - median days on market 36 days;
• Plainland – median house value $681,000 – 12 month change +18% - median days on market 56 days;
• Withcott – median house value $704,000 – 12 month change +11% - median days on market 44 days.

This suggests that prices are still increasing by double digits across the Lockyer Valley.  How long can these increases continue?
