Lockyer Valley rental yields performing strongly!
As reported by realestate.com the gross rental yields across the combined capitals hit 4.3% in the March quarter, while yields in regional Australia were a little higher at 4.6%.
The typical rental yield for a house reached 3.9%, compared with 4.9% for units.
As shown the above pictures most of the Lockyer Valley are all performing stronger than the national average.
